Value Yourself is a series of workshops organized in collaboration with AGEA (Asociación Granadina e Empresarias Autónomas), the Asociación de Empresarias de Jaén, and the Asociación de Empresaria de Córdoba.

On Wednesday 27 November at 18:30, a free workshop will be held with two presentations, to work on:

– Improving communication.
– Improvement and/or acquisition of active listening and empathy.
– Improvement and/or acquisition of assertiveness.
– Improvement and/or acquisition of control and expression of emotions.
– Improvement of self-esteem.
– Reduction of the creation of prejudices.
– Improvement of conflict resolution.

A project aimed at women, businesswomen, entrepreneurs, or simply working or unemployed women who want to improve their communication skills, and deepen in all that it means to be a woman, which expands the #redcolaborativa, working with AGEA and Amet Jaén #Cordoba #Jaen and #Granada united in a real network.
