MINDFULNESS for WOMEN
Course exclusively for women: ‘Thoughts and Mindfulness’.
Duration: 4 weeks- Dates: 21 March, 4, 11, and 18 April Time: 19.15 to 21.00 hours
Free information session: 14 March from 19:15 to 20:45.
M I N D F U L N E S S for W O M E N aims to explore the nature of our thoughts and the power they have in our lives. Benefits of the practice: Reducing stress and anxiety through mindfulness practice, calming the mind and body, understanding the mind-body-emotions relationship and having a kinder look at ourselves. You will be given audios, a workbook and lots of practice to do between sessions.
