Join us to learn, in a simple way, how to bring silence and peace into your life.

Our proposal: Weekly sessions of an hour and a half, where Elizabeth Ramírez and Carmen Marín will help you release burdens and find inner calm. We’ll start seated (on a chair, but you’re welcome to bring your mat if you use one) and then move into motion, expressing ourselves through the body. All of this will be guided by the tools of the non-dual path, which we both practice.
