The aim of the 4-week Introduction to Mindfulness course with Alicia Gambetta is to feel better about yourself and others, a space to know yourself better.
You will learn to relax, to recognise and regulate your emotions, to understand how stress works and how you can live better with it and learn techniques that you can apply from the first day.
You get a FREE workbook and theory readings, plus audio recordings to practice at home or in your office.
Dates: Tuesdays 13th, 20th and 27th November and 4th December
