In this talk, Rocío Valdivia, Community Wrangler at Automattic.com for WordCamp Central, will tell us how thousands of people who, in one way or another, do their bit to improve the WordPress project every day and from all corners of the world, are coordinated on a daily basis and remotely. He will tell us many anecdotes and stories, from managing the global community team, where he helps coordinate the official WordPress event organisation teams in Europe and Asia.
