Cycle of Workshops with ChapaRoom
We start the Workshop Cycle with ChapaRoom with the Badge Workshop, and it will be on Saturday 18th November at AndaCoWork.
In the badge workshop, we will repeat the experience to have a fun and different time, learning together to make personalized badges. And you will take home the ones we make. You can come yourself or bring your children.
We provide everything you need, scissors, crayons, and of course the machine to make these badges, perfect to make a gift, decorate or just have a fun and different time.
The College workshop is a plastic exercise within everyone’s reach, consisting of a talk explaining what it consists of and what references there are in this world of collage and the practical part in which several collages will be made and mixed techniques can be applied and creativity can be developed. Collage is an artistic technique that consists of assembling different elements in a unified tone. The term is applied above all to paint, but by extension, it can refer to any other artistic manifestation, such as music, cinema, literature, or video clips. It comes from the French coller, which means ‘to stick together’. A collage can be made up of parts of photographs, wood, newspapers, magazines, etc.
Origami workshop.
If you want to have fun, grab a piece of paper and let your imagination fly. This is the workshop for you. It consists of a brief talk explaining the origins, what it consists of, and the artists involved. Another practical part is that you will make as much origami as you have time to explain, make, and propose.
Origami, or papiroflexia, is a set of techniques that allows one to make figures on paper by folding it, without making cuts or using glue.
The workshop aims to provide participants with an educational tool for the study of geometry and to show the benefits of this ancient hobby.
Folding paper creates and manipulates elementary geometric concepts, without the prejudice of considering it ‘mathematics’.
All the workshops are ideal for all ages, for children, teenagers, and also for adults.
You can come alone and if you come accompanied, you will enjoy the experience twice as much!
Are you up for it?
Cost: 9€.
