Cycle of four Workshops: Reducing stress, it’s possible

Do you feel overwhelmed by everyday stress?

We propose a 4-week mini-plan to get you started in the practice of Mindfulness.

You will learn exercises that will help you relax, recognize and regulate your emotions, understand how stress works and how you can live better with it, and techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life.

Dates: Wednesdays 23rd and 30th May and 6th and 13th June.
Time: 19:15 to 21 hours

– Introduction to mindfulness, benefits, and studies on the practice.
– The impact of stress on your health and your life. Recognizing everyday stress.
– The importance of breathing.
– Fundamental exercises for ‘formal’ and ‘informal’ practice.
– Mindful movement integrating body-mind-emotions.
