Cancer and Obesity Course Organised by the Professional Institute of Physical Exercise and Cancer

In this training we will focus on deepening our understanding of the events that relate obesity, understood as a chronic disease based on adiposity and not with a defined anthropometric value, to two of the cancers related to sex steroids, namely breast and prostate cancer. As the dysfunction of skeletal muscle and bone tissue form a triad together with lipoinflammation that we know as osteosarcopenic obesity, which forces us to reconsider the role of physical exercise both as a therapeutic and preventive agent of the disease in our daily lives.
