About your work:

BOTÁNICO is a set of 12 illustrations, created with different materials such as acrylic, watercolor, and pen mostly, which have all been done in this year 2018, made by Chari Nogales.

The aim is to express different feelings and emotions through the illustration of looks and plants, with touches of poetry and surrealism, and where the female figure has the leading role.

Chari Nogales is an illustrator and graphic designer from Granada who, after studying environmental sciences and realizing that it wasn’t her thing, ended up doing a degree in Graphic Design and multimedia production. She had given up on the idea of pursuing illustration, something that was always present in her childhood, but after enrolling in design she returned to it professionally in conjunction with her work as a designer. She has worked for several publishing houses in Granada, especially for Valparaíso Ediciones, where she has been a designer and layout artist since its beginnings.
