Could you share a bit about yourself?
Thank you for the opportunity to share a bit about myself! My name is Thomas Nagy, and I’m originally from Romania. I’m in my late 20s, and my professional journey has been quite dynamic, combining sales consulting, online marketing, and entrepreneurship. I currently focus on helping businesses grow and thrive, and I’m always looking for exciting new projects.
How long have you been living in Spain, and what inspired you to make the move?
I’ve been living in Spain for a while now, specifically in Granada (one year) and what inspired me to make the move was the combination of Spain’s vibrant culture, warm climate, and a sense of adventure. Spain has a way of making you feel at home while constantly surprising you with its beauty and energy.
What’s your current job like? We’d love to hear more about what you do!
I currently work in online marketing, with a special focus on sales strategies and consultancy for businesses looking to expand into new markets. My day-to-day involves creative problem-solving, connecting with clients, and crafting campaigns that bring measurable results. Working remotely gives me flexibility, but I also enjoy being part of coworking spaces like Anda, where I can connect with other professionals.
I chose Anda Cowork because it felt like the perfect balance of productivity and community. The vibe here is professional yet welcoming, and it’s a great place to collaborate and meet inspiring individuals from different backgrounds.
How is your experience of working at Anda Cowork? Are there any highlights or specific things you particularly enjoy?
Working at Anda has been a fantastic experience! One of the highlights for me is the energy of the space: it’s bright, modern, and conducive to focus, but there’s also a real sense of camaraderie. Whether it’s brainstorming with a fellow coworker or grabbing a coffee during a break, there’s always something enriching about being here.
How has life in Granada been for you so far? What’s it like living here? Are you planning to stay?
Life in Granada has been incredible! The city offers a unique blend of history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes. I’ve fallen in love with the pace of life here—it’s relaxed yet vibrant. Granada has a way of making you feel like you’re always on a mini holiday.
What’s your favorite thing about Granada?
My favorite thing about Granada is its diversity: one moment, you’re walking through narrow, cobblestone streets filled with history, and the next, you’re hiking in the Sierra Nevada or enjoying the beaches nearby. It’s a city that keeps giving.
Can you share a secret recommendation for Granada—something not every tourist would know about?
As for a secret recommendation, I’d suggest visiting the Carmen de los Mártires gardens. It’s a hidden gem, away from the usual tourist trails, offering stunning views of the Alhambra and a serene atmosphere perfect for a quiet stroll or some reflective time.
Looking to the future, my goal is to keep growing both personally and professionally. I have a passion for technology and innovation, so I’m exploring projects in virtual reality and advanced digital marketing. On a personal level, I’d love to continue building a fulfilling life in Spain, embracing its culture, and maybe even expanding my ventures across Europe.
Spain feels like home now, and I’m excited to see where this journey takes me next.
